It's free to join Mountain Pleasant Library and you can register in a number of ways:

You can borrow 6 items from MP Library at any one time.  A standard loan period is two weeks, but items can easily be renewed online, over the phone, or in person - as long as there are no requests for that item from another user. DVDs and audio CDs can be borrowed for one week, but can also be easily renewed.

We charge fines at MP Library to make sure everyone returns their items.  Overdue fees are charged at 20p per item for each day it is late.  But don't worry, you can sign up for a reminder by email or text message 2 days before your items are due back.  Sign up for reminders here.

Yes, MPLibrary offers online services such as renewals and item requests which can be accessed by registering an account with this website and signing in.  Register here.
